Acme Adventure Treks is established under the Company Act 2053 and Tourism Act 2035 (Registration No: 40899/063/064, PAN No: 302342851). The company is officially licensed as a taxpayer by the Inland Revenue Department of Nepal. Furthermore, we are authorised by the Central Bank of Nepal to accept foreign currency from international clients, including the Trekking Agencies' Association of Nepal (TAAN) and the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA).
